Brief
Two years ago we contacted VIP Security Services for consultancy services. They then quickly and efficiently reviewed our security needs at our regional HQ in Southend, Essex. When our everyday security requirements came up for renewal, we were quick to partner with VIP Security Services for our security needs.
Action
VIP Security Services provide us with four full time security guards for night, weekend and bank holiday shifts. Each guard patrols over a large site, which includes eight buildings at three ‘complex sites’. Each day they ensure the safe locking and unlocking of the premises, monitor CCTV and manage out-of-hours access. As our requirements are quite varied, they are also called on from time-to-time to support monitoring on-site occurrences. VIP Security Services also provides onsite first aid cover and manage and respond to incidents as required. Alongside this they also provide security guards and marshals for our annual Family Fun Day event, which is held off our premises and attended by over 1,500 people.
