I just wanted to let you know that your Security officer went beyond his call of duty yesterday. He managed an unneeded situation extremely professionally and stayed on duty for an additional two hours, ensuring our premises were secured. Once again this highlights the difference of service between suppliers. Your staff are a credit to you and your company – Thank You.
Thank you VIP Security Services for providing such a superb service for us at our London dance event. The door staff were fantastic, thank you Ed and Ryan – approachable, helpful and very professional. It was really important to us that the event felt relaxed and that security was super-efficient but low-key as we were staging a fun, community dance fitness class, and that was delivered very successfully.
Quick note to say massive thank you for Saturday night Fireworks event. Ed and the guys and girls were brilliant as always. Ed is a great leader and a fantastic advert for VIP. The team were Professional dedicated and always great banter over the radio when appropriate. We had a few local kids but not too much trouble. Happy to as always recommend VIP security to anyone.
