That’s why we don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach to our training, instead, we will take the time to understand what you need to achieve and we’ll create a bespoke training program to address all your needs. Conflict Management Training
This certified course teaches techniques and appropriate body language to use to handle conflict in a calm and professional manner. Participants will acquire skills and knowledge to enable them to deal with situations when confrontation is inevitable. We will teach basic skills in restraining and removing difficult opponents in the quickest and safest manner possible. This practical training course will encourage participants to work alone and in groups of two or more.
All Courses (certificated by VIP Security) can be held at our Wickford Head office or delivered at your place of work (if suitable training area & facilities is available) to elevate staff having to travel or miss too much of the working day.

Fire Marshal Training
Our certified Fire Marshal training course is designed to incorporate all the primary theory and practical skills required to appropriately prevent the possibility of fire or at least greatly reduce it andhow to respond in the case of a fire.
Learning about the various types of fires is important as it is essential when choosing the right extinguisher in an emergency. In addition to this, all delegates will attain a better awareness of fire safety, fire prevention, evacuation procedures and fire drills.

Risk Assessment Training
This certified training course in Risk Assessments for the Employer and Employee is a legal requirement for the employer under regulation 3 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. Carrying out regular risk assessments not only validate the employee liability insurance but also maintain a safe and secure environment for your employees. This course will give you the skills to complete a basic risk assessment and understand the reason for them and their importance in the workplace.
