Hylands Estate

Having previously provided security and event staff to the Hylands Estate, VIP Security Services are ramping up our preparations for the start of this new agreement and are looking at the potential for bringing a holistic service to this exciting, vibrant and prestigious location

VIP Security Services recently entered a tender for a contract with Chelmsford City Council to provide security and event staff at a number of locations including the Highlands Estate.

Building on our previous experience of working at the estate, we looked at how we can deliver a holistic, professional and responsive security service that reflects the unique character and requirements of this exciting, vibrant and prestigious location.

Our approach is focused not simply on providing security personnel, but on developing a comprehensive service that supports the wider operation of the estate. This includes considering staffing, recruitment and training, communication, incident management, event support, reporting and the effective use of technology.

By bringing these elements together, VIP aims to provide a consistent and integrated service that offers reassurance to the client, visitors, staff and stakeholders alike. We recognise the importance of Hylands Estate as a high-profile destination and the need for security to be delivered in a way that complements the visitor experience.

Our objective is therefore to combine strong security standards with a professional, approachable and customer-focused presence, ensuring that the estate remains safe, welcoming and well managed throughout its varied programme of activities.

With our previous experience at Hylands Estate and our broader experience across security and event operations, VIP Security Services is well placed to build a service that is both robust and adaptable, capable of responding to the day-to-day requirements of the estate while also scaling effectively for larger events and periods of increased activity and is now ramping up preparations ahead of the commencement of this new agreement.
