Introduction
This accredited training course in Risk Assessments for the Employer and Employee is a legal requirement for the employer, known as the 'Management Regs' Which came into force in 1993, and was updated in 1999.
Regulation 3, places a legal duty on employers to carry out a risk assessment as a first step in ensuring a safe workplace.
Risk assessment, lies at the heart of a modern approach to health and safety at work. The employer must risk assess every work station or environment on a regular basis; to not only validate the employee liability insurance but to maintain a safe & secure environment for your employees.

Training Course Outcomes
- To risk assess
- Report and draw up approved documents & plans, up to insurance level requirements.
- This will also teach the employee "dynamic" risk assessment to avoid dangerous situations and prevent a claim.
